More fun than I expected!

Our stay exceeded expectations! The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was clean and spacious, making us feel right at home. The friendly front desk staff gave us tips about the area, enhancing our experience. Enjoying nearby attractions without feeling rushed was a delight.

I loved how close I was to the Fallsview Tourist Area and a few steps away from great dining options like Mick & Angelo's Eatery & Bar, which really made my weekend strolls enjoyable and convenient.

Last time in niagara falls was great, but this stay really exceeded my expectations. The king suite was spacious and super clean, and the bed was ultra comfortable. The location near attractions made our trip nice, especially while enjoying the fine northern lights.

Clean Room and Comfortable Beds

We enjoyed our stay with clean rooms and comfortable beds, which made for a restful night. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to local attractions. However, the hotel had various unexpected fees that added to our total cost, which was quite frustrating.

I was pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness of our King Room with Two King Beds. The pool was enjoyable despite the slightly cold water, and the friendly staff provided a complimentary parking due to our room not being ready at check-in. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely return!

The King Suite offers a spacious layout, featuring French doors that separate the sitting area from the bedroom. The comfortable king-sized bed, plenty of storage, and two televisions add a nice touch for guests.

Check-in was a slow process. it took over 25 minutes to sort out the reservation, which was frustrating. Issues with the toilet not working properly and the inconsistency with the room keys added to the disappointment. Additionally, the location isn't ideal for walking to major attractions, so transportation is necessary, and it’s a bit of a hassle to find parking during busy times.

The Junior suite room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that made for restful nights. The hotel was ideally located across from a mall and within walking distance to many restaurants. While the pool was decent, the overall experience was affected by this lack of transparency.
